RedFlag AI ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered relationship analysis tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Conversation Text: When you paste, type, or use voice-to-text to input conversation text, this text is sent to our AI service (Anthropic Claude API) for analysis. We do not store your conversation text on our servers after analysis is complete.
Photos: When you use the photo extraction feature, your selected images are processed to extract text. Images are not stored on our servers and are only used temporarily for text extraction.
Voice Input: When you use voice-to-text, your speech is processed by your device's built-in speech recognition service (Google Speech Services or Apple Speech). Audio is not sent to our servers.
Analysis History: Your analysis results are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your history data.
Usage Data: We track daily analysis counts locally on your device to manage free usage limits. This data is not sent to our servers.
Preferences: Your app settings (language, theme, tutorial completion) are stored locally on your device.
Conversation text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely for the purpose of generating relationship analysis. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
All personal data (analysis history, preferences, usage counts) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud databases containing your personal information.

Google Speech Services: Voice input on Android devices uses Google's speech recognition. Google's privacy policy applies.
RevenueCat: If you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.
Camera/Photos: Required to select screenshots for text extraction. Photos are processed locally and via our AI service, then discarded.
Microphone: Required for voice-to-text input. Audio is processed by your device's speech recognition and is not stored.
Internet: Required to send conversation text to the AI analysis service and receive results.
We do not retain your conversation text or analysis data on our servers. All data stored locally on your device can be deleted by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
RedFlag AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. The app includes an age verification screen.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all data by clearing the app data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
